Code Of Conduct
The
Bones clan
was founded with the idea that friends and family could come together
in one
place and have fun in a clean family atmosphere to play and interact
in. We
strive to keep it a place where we can all have fun. A place where our
kids can
play and other families feel comfortable allowing their kids to come
play.
Because they know that we will do our best to keep our servers,
ventrilo and
website clean. We feel Character and player interaction is more
important than
your score on the server. We do not recruit people based on skill level.
We
are all here
to have fun but this fun must not come at the price of being
disrespectful to
people. Bones members are expected to treat everyone they come in
contact with
on our servers or any server they visit with respect. Name calling and
complaining will not be tolerated on our servers, ventrilo, or on any
other
server you visit. You are not to recruit on any other servers and this
includes
asking people to check out our website. You wear a Bones tag, which
means you
are an example of our clan and everyone in it, you are to be respectful
to the
server you are on.
Cheating
will
not be tolerated by any Bones members; this includes any form of
cheating
including any hacks or anything else that alters the game from what it
was
originally intended. Anyone caught cheating will be banned from the
clan. This
is your only warning. Do not call people hacks on the server or through
ventrilo, if you suspect someone of cheating you may take screenshots,
videos
and or use the appropriate topic in the forums.
You
are expected
to keep all clan communications including server chat, ventrilo and the
forums
clean and free from swearing of any kind. This includes abbreviations
or
spacing of words to suggest swearing. We do not tolerate any form of
racial,
sexual or other offensive comments. This rule also applies to player
names. If
we find someone on the server with an offensive name they will be made
to
change it. We will not tolerate people having too much to drink and
disrupting
people on vent or the servers.
You
are expected
to play under your :|BONES|: tags at all times. We feel it is an honor
to be
affiliated with the great people in this family and you should feel the
same
way. You should be proud to display your tag and strive to make this the
best
possible place to play for everyone. You are expected to play on the
Bones
servers regularly when you are able. There is nothing wrong with
visiting other servers and meeting new
people but always remember. This is our family and we expect everyone
to be a
part of it.
You
are expected
to play a clean and mature game. Intentionally team killing someone,
blocking
doorways, being rude over chat or spamming taunts in an aggressive
manor will
not be tolerated. Let’s remember why we are here and that is
to have fun and
meet friends while doing so.
You
are expected
to follow all the server rules that you are playing on. Each server
might have
a few differences in their specific rules and you should know them
before going
in, but the main rules apply to all servers. Play a clean game
respecting others
and have fun.
We all have
families to attend to, we understand there may come a time when you
need to
step back or take a break. We feel “life comes
first”. Which means, take care
of your immediate family. This is to be commended and not looked down
upon.
When you joined this clan, you joined a “second”
family, we understand, don’t
worry; we will be here when you get back.
